Josh Biddle is serving his second term on the Board of Directors, having first been elected in 2017. He is a 9th generation dairyman and became an equal partner with his father in Mill Hill Farms in 2011. The Biddles currently have 320 Holstein heifers and 320 Holstein cows, which are milked 3x in a facility built in 1978. They farm 570 acres, half of which are rented, and do custom baling.
Josh is the cow and people guy in the family business; managing herd care, health, repro and the employees. Josh and his wife Amanda, who also does most of the bookkeeping and raises the calves for first 3 months, are hoping that at least one of the five of their next generation will be interested in returning to take over Mill Hill Farms someday.
