Jeff Nissley, of Jubilee Dairy and Jubilee Heritage Cheese, Dauphin Co. Jeff is 10th generation of the Nissley family to farm in Dauphin County, and with his wife Kendra began to milk their own cows in 2008. They milk about 175 cows, with a rolling herd average of about 22,900 pounds. With their own milk, a second business, Jubilee Heritage Cheese offers quality, hand-crafted cheeses.
Their award winning cheese is available at several locations locally and their farm “Cheese Shed” with which they draw customers in to see first hand the quality animal care, environmental stewardship and commitment to community they share with all PDMP members.
