PDMP's Executive Leadership Development Program will develop your leaders and your organization toward their highest potential. In this 9-10 month program, members learn from North Group Consultants, and each other, ways to create a culture that will take them, and their dairy businesses to the next level.
Participants in our upcoming cohort, participants will work together as a team, and individually with a coach to:
- Build trusting teams by understanding their own leadership style, and defining components of organizational health

Lead, Manage, and Coach to best serve and shape their teams toward their highest potential

Understand communication types; discover how others receive information; give and receive feedback; navigate difficult conversations

Provide organizational, structural, and personal clarity to support all team members in understanding and embracing why we exist, how we behave, how we will succeed and who must do what
